Oh, Happy Day … Another Bread Success

Did I tell you already that I am LOVING Peter Reinhart’s Artisan Breads Every Day?  I’ve had another success!  The small foccacia I made using his recipe was wonderful.  DH – whose idea of cooking praise is “good job, dear” – said “Damn, that bread’s good!  You could sell it!”.  Thanks for this book, Mr. Reinhart.
